Natalie Webster

Worship Director
Natalie Webster serves Mosaic Fellowship as the Worship Director and works closely with the Service Coordinator, Technology Director, and elders to intentionally plan our corporate gatherings. She graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and currently works as a Platform Administrator of collaboration software at Sentry Insurance in Stevens Point.

Natalie has been a part of a local church here in Wisconsin Rapids since a very young age. Over the years she has had the opportunity to study His word in classes and small groups, lead worship, teach youth group, participate in numerous relational mission trips, and help plan worship services and outreach events. This background has led to a strong belief in encouraging both young and old to be involved within the church.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys camping, baking, spending time with family, playing the piano and singing. She is passionate about incorporating music into worship, as well as discipling young believers so that they may believe in God and deepen their relationship with Him.

Josh Bergman

Service Coordinator
Josh Bergman is the Service Coordinator at Mosaic Fellowship, overseeing the planning and implementation of the elements in our Worship Gatherings. He graduated from UW-Stout in 2018 with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He works as a senior software developer at Skyward in Stevens Point.

Growing up, his family attended and was involved with Trinity Baptist Church in Reedsburg, WI where he began serving the local church at a young age. He has carried forth that heart of service most recently with Church at Wazeecha as the audio-visual coordinator, finance team chair, and leadership team member. That very same attitude to serve he brings to Mosaic Fellowship.

Josh enjoys tinkering with computer related things, reading non-fiction books, cooking, and spending time outdoors. He has special interests in deepening the understanding of the Bible.

Whitney Armour

Women's Ministry Coordinator
Whitney Armour is the Women's Ministry Coordinator of Mosaic Fellowship. She graduated from University of Central Missouri in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Economics and is currently the Breastfeeding Peer Counselor for WIC of the Wood County Health Department. She has spent many years on various construction mission trips throughout the United States with World Changers and has served the church in a variety of ministries.

Whitney enjoys baking, hosting people in the home, and meaningful conversations over a good cup of coffee. She is passionate about Gospel-centered mothering and encouraging women to develop deep in their faith.

Albert Webster

Technology Director
Albert Webster serves as the Technology Director with Mosaic Fellowship. He was originally trained as a chemist and although he does not use that education directly, it has fostered a path for always learning. He is a Computer Software Validation Specialist at Ortho Molecular Products in Stevens Point, which is a self-described "really wordy way of saying he verifies software works".

Raised Roman Catholic and never paying attention during catechism, he didn’t become a believer until later in life. Enjoying technology, he can often be found anywhere near computers. He, along with his wife Natalie, have served in relational missionary work in Alaska for numerous years, and he brings that passion for relation-based mission opportunities here as well (even if he tends to be introverted!). He is also passionate about men’s ministry.

In his free time, you might find him playing computer or board games, watching TV, or doing nothing.

Taylor Bergman

Communications Director
Taylor Bergman is the Communications Director at Mosaic Fellowship. She graduated from UW-Stout in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technologies.

She began serving her church in a regular way once she graduated college and moved to Plover. She mainly helps in the background by making bulletins, helping with the sound when needed, cleaning, and other small tasks.

Taylor enjoys playing games such as Sims and Animal Crossing, tending to her numerous houseplants and smothering her 3 cats and 1 dog with love. Taylor has special interests focusing on prison ministries and bringing the Gospel into families' lives.
